Inspired by Constable Country in Suffolk, where the famous landscape painter John Constable, was born and lived. Lying in the Dedham Vale AONB, and straddling the border between Essex and Suffolk, Constable Country encompasses some of England's most instantly recognisable views and includes the villages of Dedham, East Bergholt and Flatford. This is where John was inspired & where he completed many open-air sketches, which he later worked into paintings. This design was created from original drawings & a painted border, inspired by heritage patterns to bring a timeless feel in a colourful and contemporary way.
