Standard UK delivery is based on the overall weight of your order and calculated at the checkout. Below shows you a breakdown of our main delivery charges -
Unframed Prints: £3.99 Royal Mail First Class Signed For
Framed orders: £7.99 via Courier Service
Urgent deliveries such as next day please contact us for a quote.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All art prints are printed to order. We aim to dispatch unframed prints in 2-3 days and framed prints in 4-6 days from the order date. Please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow slightly longer. Any customised/bespoke orders are dispatched in approximately 2-3 weeks. Please contact us if you require your order sooner.
If any items are out of stock, we may send the rest of your order separately. However, where possible, we will endeavour to send all of your order together. We will always try to advise customers if this is the case. Please note if we decide to send your items at different times, you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. Please ensure that the delivery details you provide will have someone available to accept and sign for, the order. If you miss the delivery, your order will go to the postal collection office for you to collect. If you do not collect the package, it will then be returned to the Holly Francesca studio. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then be chargeable and the next delivery would not be made until a further payment has been made.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible.
Will I have to pay overseas delivery charges, duties or VAT?
Holly Francesca products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty, VAT or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Please note, Holly Francesca is not responsible for any VAT, customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments and these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Holly Francesca accepts all major credit and debit cards. You will be taken to a secure payment server after the check out stage to make your payment securely by PayPal or select to pay via credit or debit card if you do not have PayPal.
We take your privacy very seriously. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, which we directly link to. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Please email us if you would like to make a return before sending the item back to us.
The above does not apply for customised orders. All customised orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. We will send you a PDF for approval of your personalised order. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors such as misspelled words etc. which you have approved. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint. We can only refund postage for faulty goods or those sent in error. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.
Are you environmentally friendly?
Holly Francesca commits to being as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. Our prints and cards are printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper stock, and we use local UK suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint.
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services on our website but we can offer this service if you email us with your requirements.
