Framed prints are sent using ParcelForce 24express service and should arrive the next day, once the frame has been custom made (this usually takes 3-5 working days)

Unframed prints are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked delivery, which usually arrives within 5-7 working days. Framed prints are sent using DPD and should arrive within 5 working days.
 
Please see our FAQ's section here, as a result of Brexit, orders from EU customers are subject to VAT being paid by the customer upon arrival. The rate depends upon each individual countries' different rates.
 
USA, Canada & Australia - FREE SHIPPING ON UNFRAMED PRINTS
 
We now use trusted fine art printers in America and Australia, this has shorten our delivery times to you and removes any custom chargers that could have incurred. It also means that we can offer free shipping on all unframed print orders, however since framed prints come from the UK, there is a £25 charge for those.

When can I expect my order to arrive? 

We aim to dispatch unframed prints within 2-4 days and framed prints in 3-5 days from your order date. Often we can send them sooner and will send quicker, where possible. Any customised/bespoke orders are dispatched in approximately 1-2 weeks. Please contact us if you require your order sooner.

Please note sometimes different items are sent separately. If we decide to send your items at different times, you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. Please ensure that the delivery details you provide will have someone available to accept and sign for. If you miss the delivery, your order will go to the local postal collection office for you to collect. If you do not collect the package, it will then be returned to the Holly Francesca studio. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then be chargeable and the next delivery would not be made until a further payment has been made.

Packaging

A4 and A3 prints - sent flat within a cello bag, in a hard backed envelope

A2, A1 prints - sent rolled in tissue paper within a postal tube

Framed prints - sent securely packaged in a sturdy box to fit the frame

International orders 

We deliver all over the world! We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. Extra packaging and protection is used (especially for framed prints) to ensure that your order arrives safe and sound.

International import duty

Holly Francesca products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Please note, Holly Francesca is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return and refund policy

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Please email us if you would like to make a return before sending the item back to us. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please also email us along with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement back to you as soon as possible.

The above does not apply for customised orders. All customised orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. We will send you a PDF for approval of your personalised order. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors such as misspelled words etc. which you have approved. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint. We can only refund postage for faulty goods or those sent in error. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.
